We cover advanced tactics like the porcupine close (turn buying questions into immediate decisions), if-then closes (trade a concession for commitment), and feel–felt–found to neutralize objections with empathy and proof.
You’ll also see how everything before the close moves the customer’s certainty from 1→10—building value, personal rapport, and trust in Aruza—while avoiding confidence killers like over-explaining. Practical sections walk through signing up customers in the sales app (accurate info, geo-verify address, document permanent notes) and presenting the agreement (guarantees, expected post-treatment activity, schedule, pricing, and fair cancellation terms) in the most positive light. Finally, you’ll learn to sell the decision maker (or smartly set a callback), handle one-legger scenarios without derailing momentum, and keep the conversation moving to a clear, professional close.
