Our goal is to simulate a sales major/minor for our interns and instill them with the skills needed for them to get a head start on their careers.

Couple that will real-world experience and tangible sales numbers, our interns’ resumes are ready to catch job recruiter’s eyes and secure dream jobs.

 Program Information 

Aruza is a competitive direct sales internship that specializes in training and growth of our interns. Our philosophy is to constantly coach our interns throughout the summer so they can fully maximize their time with us. We believe in a growth mindset and learning from experience and mistakes.

Aruza has hosted over 
 750  interns in the past  8  years and is one of the fastest growing companies in the service industry.

​Aruza offers Housing, a competitive pay scale with bonuses and incentives, as well as a sport-like season competition period throughout the summer.

 

We have multiple team and individual tournaments, as well as a team and individual season where you accumulate a record throughout the summer that contributes to seeding.

 Intern Pay Scale 

Aruza's pay scale is a competitive and goal driven pay system where hard work and a growth mindset are rewarded. Aruza's starting commission % raised 6% to 22% starting in 2024.
